If you could not attend, the Charlotte, N.C. Gluten/Allergen Free Expo was just held.
The date at the Park Expo Center was June 2 and was sponsored by Udi's Gluten Free Foods, Glutino, Earth Balance, Rudi's Gluten Free Bakery & Charlotte Gastroenterology & Hepatology.
Doors opened at 8:30 am and we invited you to join us for Gluten Free Pancakes sponsored by 1-2-3 Gluten Free, Healthy Home Market and Coombs Family Farms
At 9 am the Presentations began with a Gluten/Allergen Free star studded line up:

The educational presentations, sponsored by Glutino, Earth Balance, and Healthy Home Market, ran all day, but at 11 am, the Vendors opened up for sampling and purchasing of their products.
